* Total No. of seats available in Pre-Primary class: -12
* Total No. of anticipated seats to be filled from EWS Quota: -2
* Total No. of seats reserved under Management Quota: -2
* Date from which registration forms shall be available : -15-12-2009 to 15-01-2010
* Registration forms are available from school Reception Counter between 9.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. on all schools working days.
* Filled up Registration forms with self attested photocopies of Date of Birth Certificate and proof of residence (parents) shall be accepted latest by 18.01.2010 up to 1.00 p.m.
* First list of selected candidates together with waiting list, second list and third list shall be displayed on 25-01-2010, 01-02-2010 and 08-02-2010 respectively. Fourth list, if any, shall be displayed on 14-02-2010.
* Fees to be deposited within three days of display of list.
Papers to be submitted with admission form (attached in prospectus) at the time of payment of fees are:
a Date of Birth Certificate in original issued by MCD/District Board/Cantonment board the city/town where the child is born.
b In case a child was born in a village, DOB certificate issued by Gram Panchayat Pradhan duly countersigned BDO/ Tehsildar.
c Form of additional information.
d Documentary Proof of Residence. (Self attested photocopy of photo identity card/ driving license/ passport/ rent receipt etc.)
* Information regarding infrastructural facilities, faculty. Fee structure, past performance in academics and sports available in the prospectus/school website www.lbsschool.net
* No facility available for children with special needs at present.
Note: Incomplete REGISTRATION Forms and Forms without required documents shall be rejected and shall not be reconsidered.
