Admission in class I
1 Registration for admission: December
2 Admission test: on date to be notified
3 Admission :March/ April
4 Age:
The child must have completed five years of age in 31st March of the year in which admission is sought in class I.
5 Documents to be submitted at the time of admission :
a Original D.O.B certificate issued by local authority (MCD, NDMC, District Board, Cantonment Board etc.) At the time of first admission.
b If the DOB has been issued by Village Pradhan or Gram Panchayat it should been the seal of the signatory and should be countersigned by the BDO or Tehsildar of the area under his/ her proper seal.
c If the admission is being sought in class II to VIII an affidavit declaring that the child has not studied in any recognised school so far in addition to the original Birth Certificate.
d No BOB certificate and affidavit is needed if the admission is sought on the basis of transfer certificate of recognised school last attended provided that the certificate has been countersigned by competent educational authority.
6 ADMISSION IN CLASS IX TO XII: Admission to class IX of higher classes is only permissible on the basis of transfer certificate of a recognised school duely countersigned by competent authority/ migration certificate issued by recognised Board.
